We have many traditions at SSSS, some old and some new. One of the best new traditions that I can think of is the food drive and the Decorated Wine Bottle Auction at the December Potluck (photos of some of the bottles).
This year it was a great success. You brought in $2,500 in cash for the Thurston County Food Bank: $1,130 in donations and another $1,370 was raised from the wine auction. Because of the Food Banks buying power, this is the equivalent of $17,500. This is a 79% increase over last year! As well as 537 lbs of the food! Thank you SSSS!!
