OK I’m back, we’re back. Just in time for rainy Pacific Northwest Labor Day! Some of you know some of you care, I just spent the summer in Alaska on a friends boat sampling the beauty that the Alaskan coast has to offer. Being we were a tad far from the nearest pay phone and there weren’t that many post offices I was unable to keep everyone up to date and, most importantly, pictures were few and far between. So now I am trying to correct the picture part and have started loading up my Blog again.

So if you are interested in a photojournal synopsis of what the coast of Alaska offered us this glorious summer, log on and search on mariner5812.blogspot.comand see what you get. I’ve still got more to load. Out of 2,000 some pictures I’m trying to sort down to 200, so it takes a bit. Rather than keep you waiting till the snow flies I thought I would get you started. Plus, I really want to see these Pix again and relive the whole adventure. For those who suffered thru the emails I did send ... lots of words and not lots of pix ... feel free to skip the monolog and just look at the pix. That’s what I do with most magazines anyway (except Playboy, I read the articles there)

By the way, the blog puts things in reverse order so you know , start with Juneau...then NW Fjord. Yet to come is Katmai P and Prince William Sound. ... .coming to a blog near you soon!
