We were to be RC boat. So we powered out to the Olympia Shoal, Mark 4, well before the start. As the wind was good, Force 3 to 4 from the south, we anchored there, setting the line square to the wind.

We flew the Black, Orange, and Green flags for Course 4 BOG. This is a windward / leeward, several times around, course that starts upwind and finishes with a run. It goes out and back the length of Budd Inlet, twice, plus a trip to and from Olympia Shoal. This totals 16.9 nm; but it was windy, and we had options to shorten.The Marks are: start 4 then 5A5 9A5 finish 4, all to port except 9 — the RC boat, us, anchored near Mark 4.
