There was an accident serious enough to call for emergency medical help. Jim Lengenfelder, aboard Acquitted, was struck in the head with the boom. The police boat came out to speed him to the hospital. The preliminary report was that he is doing fine and will recover fully and swiftly. We do hope they are right.
This is more excitement than we are use to ... or want.
