Jean dropped us a note to let us know what is happening on the small boat circuit:
Sailed Pelican Fleet Championships April 17, then a regatta on Sequim Bay on the 24. It was beautiful Saturday and far too windy Sunday.
Saturday we had to wait outside the John Wayne Marina while a big gray whale explored. He did not find a slip he liked, so swam out again. We certainly did not want to corner a 60+ foot whale with our 12 foot boat!!
